Robin had originally been expecting a peaceful afternoon when he'd returned to the boundaries of the City park, so the unfolding celebration caught the outlaw off guard. Robin speculated it was the return of warm weather that inspired the gathering of revelers. Though as pair after pair strolled past the outlaw as he wandered further into the park, it was quite clear that at least part of this elation was celebrating love. Wasn't it just too fitting that this was the day Marian had insisted upon setting out on her own to explore? Despite being alone, Robin shook his head at the unfortunate timing.
When a vendor offered out a balloon, Robin politely declined it; despite being curious how the strange shiny heart kept afloat. The roar of fire would draw his attention towards the next spectacle along the park path -- though the firebreather wouldn't spark his interest so much as his one-woman audience, Firekeeper. He'd not seen her since the doctors (or so he'd assumed that was what they were) had come to treat her illness. They'd been strict about Robin keeping his distance and denied his request to accompany her to wherever it was they planned to treat her. But the medics hadn't had any luck in trying to deny the wolf the same right. Knowing her lupine companion would allow no harm to come to the wild forest girl, Robin had relented.
Unsure if he'd been spotted in return, Robin circled around to approach at Firekeeper's side. A smile broke out as he cast his gaze towards the performer briefly before returning to the woman. "You look much better since last we met."
