"I say possibly because I haven't see you in action yet. You wouldn't say House was brilliant without seeing his process either." Cameron admitted, but he was right. He was young, and a doctor. As hard as Cameron had worked for her skills, she could not have done it that swiftly.
"I think.. I'd be better off not knowing considering what trouble you both landed in." Yes, she did know about that. "But working beside you will allow me to learn more about you as a doctor." Cameron tightened her hands around the coffee.. "Well people get killed every day, but that doesn't make it right." Cameron spoke softly. She didn't want to touch on cooking that much, but as he spoke of it she got a bit more.. jumpy.
She didn't want to know. He wasn't going to tell her. She didn't want to know. Her heart was thudding in her chest.
What if he did eat people.
What if he thought she was an idiot doctor.
What if she looked good enough to eat.
Thud thud thud.
"He can be a completely callous bastard, surely you saw that when you worked with him. But, I'm not afraid to show you my work. I'm very good at what I do, or at least I think so. Not many people enjoy being an immunologist." Her voice was softer, and not as firm as she wanted it to be. She was afraid of him and it was just getting worse. She should leave.
