It was a lot to take in, and though she was silent for a long stretch, Raven's thought process was as good as written across her face. There was no disbelief, but plenty of discomfort - the City could place people where it wanted them to be? "That doesn't sound normal, no." She agreed. "And it doesn't sound like we have much of a choice in things. That isn't -- that's going to be hard for me."
But, well. Getting upset in front of a stranger wasn't going to help, was it? Raven sucked in a breath and forced some calm. "Thanks," she said, the shaky smile returning to her face. "I'm Raven."
