Fred didn't wince at the question of how the girl was going to get home; she knew they'd have to tell her that it wasn't possible at this time, but she wasn't going to say it quite yet. She just took a few more notes, listing the names as Raven said them. But, that wasn't what got her to look up from her clipboard; no, it was Wesley. He was becoming more and more a question mark, Angel and Wesley both.
"Raven, right? Raven? I forget things." Only on occasion, if it wasn't something overly important. Not that Raven's name wasn't important, she just flitted over things sometimes. "Wesley's right. In my limited experience, we've dealt with a few bads. And, we've dealt with bein' misplaced, lost, the like. We've dealt with a whole lotta things no one should have to, and we've dealt with what you're dealin' with right now. The City."
She shared a look with Wesley for a moment; they were going to have to tell the girl.
"We're not in Hell, or the afterlife. We're not in Purgatory, or anythin' like that. We're in a place beyond our reality." Fred didn't know if Raven came from the same Reality - it was possible. "It's like Outer Limits and Twilight Zone on steroids."
