Raven was still convinced that she would not be staying. This was all some demonic plot; she'd track down a paranormal investigator, she'd figure out what had happened, and she'd find a way home. But, beneath the conviction that her trip to the City was temporary, she was a good kid. Even-tempered. Not particularly difficult or rebellious. So, when she got the note, she bundled herself up and headed for the school.
Was she even enrolled? And how had they gotten her address? She'd only just gotten there.
She tugged off her scarf as she made her way in, a short red-eyed teenager in a sea of other students. Wow. She pivoted on her heel so that she could take the place in. So this was the school.
