“Oh, I had not thought of that,” Jeannie murmured. She had made the base a bit too tall to finish the snowman in the traditional sense. It had seemed fair enough to add to something she had already done, but now she was going to have to cheat for the rest of the creation as well.
She chewed on her lower lip for a moment, debating whether she should return the base to its former size or not. Though Liz seemed very pleased with the size, and Jeannie did like others to be happy. Very well, she would leave it as it was and only use magic when she had to. That would still make it a mostly authentic snowman, would it not?
By the time she came to that conclusion, Liz had already gathered a rather large amount of snow on the second ball and Jeannie hurried to join her. It would be getting rather heavy shortly, and then she would be forced to blink to make it roll about until it was the right size. But until then, her hands joined the other woman’s on the snow ball.
“I do not think that stick for arms will work, do you?” she asked with a little grunt as she rolled the ball along. “I think our snowman will be to large now. What shall we use? Er… big sticks?”
Jeannie slipped and fell to one knee as the ball abruptly stopped rolling. “Oh dear.”
