As of about 4 hours ago, I am done with school until August. I can't tell you how happy that makes me.

I apologize for my absence the last month or so, but I am back in full force now. Thank you for your patience with me!

Just got the go-ahead to post the first of the three logs that will result in her return to herodom. So she should be back up and running by next week :)

And you know, I don't really see WW played anywhere. *thinks* I think she's a scary character to tackle because she is such a big name. Plus, she's written so inconsistently throughout the comics that it's hard to get her characterization.

But we can still hope. And add her to the 'wanted characters' list!

No, you're absolutely right. A superhero movie set around WWII wouldn't do well at all.

Of course, I think the actual issue is that she's female and since Hollywood has had some half-assed movies about superheroines, the bigwigs are using those as evidence that female action heroines don't sell movie tickets.

And I'm stepping off my soap box now :)

Right? That's what I read in an article once in Entertainment Weekly. There just isn't the audience for it. Total bullshit.

Oh, well I completely agree with you there. It sort of irks me that they've done these pretty mundane superheroine movies and never attempted WW. IDK, maybe I should be grateful that no one has butchered her good name on the silver screen lately.
