"I have no patience, I take the pasta out of the pot before it's cooked all the way. Then it's all crunchy and nasty." He paused. "We should see if there's a cooking class coming up at the clubhouse," he said, thinking aloud without regard for whether it was creepy to call them a 'we' halfway through their first date.
