Marc felt horrible for having snapped at her the way he had but he couldn't help it. He couldn't stand having her nag at him sometimes. It got to him. He blew out a sigh, looking over at her with a frown on his face, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have snapped on you.. it's just.. this woman, I don't know what's going to come of it yet. I'd hate to start talking about her and then suddenly her and I aren't seeing each other anymore.. so you see what I'm saying?" he was definitely ready for that drink now but he would wait until Tara wasn't looking. Then he would guzzle a good bit down, enough to give him a nice buzz, "Her name is Maude," he finally spoke, his voice soft, "She's a really amazing woman alright? But don't start asking a million questions."
