"Ma'am," he said, closing the door and standing there, then after a moment, going to sit on a chair and taking his hat off and laying his cane on the floor, "Paddy Cunningham," he replied with a nod, offering his hand to her. He'd brought the NyQuil like she'd asked and DayQuil in a duo-pack, several cans of soup, a liter of soda and a couple DVDs. The DVDs were his to loan. He didn't own a lot of movies, but he had a few classics he'd loved as a kid, including several Muppet movies. Kermit the Frog aside, he'd always loved the Muppets.
