Seth knew he shouldn't think so horribly about himself but it was in his nature to belittle himself and call himself things that he truly felt he was. But he needed to stop that, he needed to start seeing more of the positives of himself and work on those to achieve a better self-esteem. He was working on that in therapy sessions with Dr. Smiley, but it was one of the hardest things he had ever done. He had never seen the good qualities in himself, he had only seen the negative ones that seemed to haunt him wherever he went.
As her lips moved to take possession of his in a sweet kiss, he softly kissed her back, his lips grazing over hers before taking her bottom lip into his mouth, but only for a moment because she was pulling away and telling him to come with her. Slowly, he got to his feet, his hand nestled tightly in hers as she led him out of the room to sign him out. He bit his lip, not sure this was such a good idea since he had just admitted he was about to walk out of his place and not look back, "Where are we going?" he asked as she led him out to the car. He slipped into the passenger seat, buckling himself up before looking over at her curiously. Where could she possibly be taking him this time? Letting out a sigh, he glanced out the window until he felt her hand resting on his thigh. His hand moved to cover hers, his thumb skimming over the soft skin of her hand as she said she loved him, "I know," he whispered, knowing he still couldn't say those three words yet as he looked over at her with a slight smile.
