“I’ll do my best. I still have to dig around in my memory to find my way around sometimes.” Elyse had always kept a sharpie on her, usually tucked away in one of her pockets unless she was dressed up. In her field, and in life really, she seemed to always find a need for it at some point.
As far as the town went, she had to say she enjoyed both, the quiet and the chaotic. So when she had been moving around it worked out perfectly for her. She had a choice which one she was in the mood for. It felt like it had been forever since she had experienced any form of quiet in Paris. Not only because of the city but because of her obnoxious boss. The lake was the part that she had looked the most forward to. Once it got warm out, she would be swimming in it every single day. Elyse loved to work out and loved even more when it had become a part of her routine. All the activity always helped her get any pent up emotions out.
Plucking it out of her pocket, she gestured for him to give her his hand, “Here, let me give you my number.”
