The usually clean and pristine properties surrounding Lake Flannery could soon be overrun by smelly piles of garbage. On Wednesday evening, after hours in meetings, the town of Lake Flannery came to a standstill in its negotiations with Sanitation Center Inc. which they hoped would result in a new contract.
