Oh my God...so, okay, remember my friend/face twin Trish? I was missing her the other day, like kind of at random, so I Googled her just to see...and she's from this TV show, Harper's Island. Well, I watched it (I wouldn't recommend it...and no wonder she was so skittish, the poor thing...). But, I heard this song on one of the episodes during this like gorgeous but heartbreaking scenes where this guy was basically giving his life for his fiance and all I could think was...it's so perfect for pretty much any of us who've loved and/or lost during the Apocalypse. I had to share with somebody. Plus, the song is gorgeous.

Once Darcy figured out it was nearly impossible to hug two three year-olds at one time, I took a turn. And we switched off. And I've never been so grateful to hold those boys in my life. And I don't care how embarrassed their older selves are going to get right now. I'm your godmother, I'm allowed to fawn over you.

All of this being said, there's been a lot of talking. I wasn't sure if the timing was right, considering everything that's happened, but we're going to go ahead with the wedding. Anyone who is able and feels up to coming is welcome to join us to celebrate our special day. And those who need to be with their families right now, please know we both understand. We're thinking of you and we love you all for all the support you've given us both. If anyone needs anything, please just let us know.
