Just want to let you all know that as of tomorrow "The Magic Box" is officially open for Business to cater to all your magical supply needs, if we don't have it in we will do our best to try and obtain whatever it is you need.

Feel free to drop over and come shopping, discounts offered to all displaced.

I made a cake, and it didn't burn this time. AND, the control room smells like bananas.

There are a lot of people here who know me, or know of me, and I think I owe a great many of them an apology.

Right before I showed up here -- well. I defeated Voldemort. I mean, like, immediately before. I still have the El and I've sort of been just reeling from that and not -- not sure what to say to anyone. I've read the books now, my books -- seen the films I don't and I just got myself trapped in this strange cycle of self-examination, I suppose. Looking at what I've done; realising how easy it might have been to do things better or differently. It's a struggle, it's strange, when it's all laid out in front of me in chapter and verse. I couldn't really -- I couldn't square it away easily.

But, Hermione sort of dragged me to my senses, so I'm here now. I'm present. And I'm sorry.

There didn't seem a good time to mention it before and, well, I've only just finished exploring it myself - Hogwarts Library is here in Lawrence. I wished for it at Christmas but I've been building in a few safeguards, to stop it from falling into the wrong hands, and, well, what with everything, it took me longer than expected.

I've cast a fidelius charm on it: for those of you who don't know what that is, it means no one will be able to plot or stumble across it unless they have been told where it is by the secret keeper, which is me.

If I die get sent home, everyone that I have told, in turn, becomes a secret keeper. That way, I hope it will continue to be useful, even if I am not here to oversee its use.

Before I tell anyone where it is, however, I'd like to give a warning: while many of the books it holds are standard books of spells, magical histories and directories, that doesn't mean the knowledge they hold can't be dangerous. And there are plenty of books which aren't standard at all and are just down right dark. I hope anyone I trust with the secret of its location will honour that trust and keep any information they gain there safe and confidential. Knowledge is power and I won't stand by and let the library be abused, if I can help it.

That being said, if you would like access, please feel free to contact me. The spell books may not be relevant to many of you here, but there are plenty of books which will be. I just hope it can make some kind of positive difference.

Hey, Scorpius here. So a couple of us have been patrolling lately. I also talked to Giles about magic, and I think we should be able to contain or restrain a threat without killing them. Those of us from Hogwarts, I know there are plenty of charms, hexes, jinxes, that can effectively deal with someone if needed. And it is very needed And we can teleport too if we have to get somewhere fast, those of us of Hogwarts at least. I know this person has nearly killed people here, but.. well. I'd prefer to not sink to that level. I choose not to take life. To not be like them.

Of course it would help if the identity of the person was known, and not just who they are, but also what they are. The what could be important. Hopefully its not of a species that is resistant or immune to magic. Either way, this thing needs to be stopped before they do any more damage. But I think we can do this if we work together. So if you'd like to plan strategies and magical solutions, maybe we can meet somewhere to discuss it. Oh, and Giles' post is here if any more of you might wish to sign up for patrols or to give him more ideas of how we can help.

Football, Hockey or American Football?

Is behavior inherited?

If you watched and experienced bad things does that mean you will also do those bad things to others?

Well, this is weird.

1. It doesn't work kissing locals. Like probably would work on those the seal has dicked with before but random Joe in my bar? Nope.

3. Flowers. Again? You really gonna send me 'Sometimes I do bad things' flowers every time you're a douche

Well, latest seal hijinks could either be really annoying, or really hilarious.

If you wake up, and I'm not there. I'll be back soon. The seal sent singing mistletoe, which says you have to kiss someone in two hours, or it'll curse you. But, it will then pass that curse on to the person you kiss.

So, definitely not passing that onto you.

Ha! It works! I get to be a Weasley for a day.

WOAH! Wait a minute! One of my hearts stopped! OH, WAIT! I only have one heart. Oh, that's disgusting! I'm human. That was not a side-effect I had considered.

I wished for quidditch. For all things needed for two teams to play the game as was done in Hogwarts. And I'm really glad I did. Really glad, I spent the past few hours flying after the snitch! So looking forward to playing the games in this place. One day soon, I swear.

And for everyone in this town, I say this: I wish all of you Happy Christmas. And may our new year be splendid, awesome, and amazing. May it surpass the good times twice as much as the previous year.

These wish baubles are peculiar things. They rather chillingly remind me of the Prophecies

I'm tempted to wish for Hogwarts library, simply to do more research on them but that seems like such a selfish wish when this world is on the verge of relapsing into apocalypse. There must be something more useful we can wish for.

Oh and for those who have been skirting around talking to me frankly for fear that you may let slip that I'm fictional in this world, I know now. I've finished reading the first book and I'm part way through the second. I know how the story ends so there's no need to worry about "spoilers".

Have you ever wanted to laugh, cry and scream at the same time?

You know, when I wished for memories of my kids and my future, this wasn't quite what I had in mind. As much as I appreciate being definitely old enough to legally drink in Kansas now, aging 8 years in the space of a minute is an experience I certainly wouldn't have actually wished for.

Note to self: next time this happens BE MORE SPECIFIC.

I'm lost.

Hmm, unfortunate. Hoped it would have been there after I came back but it's n There's some stuff of mine I got back from storage (thank you Regina for helping with that). Some movies. Clothes. Ohh, and the green shirts and jackets, I so love that color. But my family album and quidditch stuff.. well. Guess it isn't here after all. Soooo, I know what I'll be using my next bauble wish for this time. :)

And then. Then, we can have some quidditch games in this place! I know we have a lot of new people here now, and we're probably get more soon, so I'll explain. Quidditch. It's a sport played by magic people where I'm from. Really big, like with the hockey and football they have here in America. But unlike at home, I'd like the game to be open to anyone. Other magic users apart from Hogwarts can play, yeah, but anyone who might like to participate, I think it should be open to them.

Of course we'd need to probably teach it a bit but it can be great fun. I choose the position of Seeker, as it was the one I had when I graduated. Pretty good at it too but I'll make that a surprise I have charmed a broom as well, so I can meet with people to go over flying basics if they'd want to.
