No Evil Dicks.
So, I have 20 years of Earth Culture to catch up on. And, need to introduce Gamora to a few things.

Anyone have any recommendations? Tv, Movies, Music? Or hell, places to see that might have been built since I left Earth?

[Filtered to Gamora]

Found a lead on something interesting? Want to do something bad, which could possibly become both?

If you're looking for something on the scary front I have one name that will amuse and frighten you when you see him: Richard Simmons.

Avoid a book/movie series called Twilight. It will hurt your brain with the stupid.

Good things to check out though...hmm...80s rock. Best music ever. Pink Floyd, Journey, Jefferson Airplane, Pat Benetar, Led Zepplin, all good artists.

Bill Murray's comedies, like the two Ghostbusters movies and Groundhog Day. The Beverly Hills Cop trilogy and 48 Hours are good Eddie Murphy movies. The first three Die Hard movies are pretty good. The other two aren't bad, either, but not as good. And as long as you don't get spoiled for the ending, watch The Sixth Sense.

For music I second the 80s music one, and if you want to try kind of funnier (or at least their earlier stuff) rap then listen to the Beastie Boys. And for 90s grunge Nirvana is the best.

You know what? We used to have these pop culture classes going on... I think I'm gonna revive that. They were fun!

Get Netflix.

You will be able to see a nice batch of movies/tv shows for practically nothing. And then when you run out of that for new things talk to the techies who know where to stream/download from.
