My sweet boy, no. I felt darkness in you, I tried to sway that. Some fates can be escaped. Yours could not, anymore than mine or Thor's. But I would never deliberately turn you into a tool to aid fate.

I wanted to reveal your heritage to you. Odin thought it better if we did not, if we let you feel as if you were always ours. And you were, Loki. You have been mine since the day he placed you in my arms.

I was simply having a conversation that led me to wonder.

I know that, now. I very likely knew it at the time, as well, but the longer I had to consider the option, the more likely it seemed. I am still not entirely convinced Odin did not kno

What sort of conversation would make you question m cause you to think this way? That hardly seems acceptabl simple. Or pleasant.
