Don't Bother Evil
Once this little nightmare is over I'm drinking till I'm numb again.

The nightmares are not going away, Ghostface is even in my dreams the rare times I can sleep. Not in the mood for the lectures I know I coming, I just want the pain to go away long enough that I can sleep.

Did you ever consider if you didnt post about it 24/7 and took some of the advice you were given it could help.

Just a thought

I can't guarantee it'll be as effective as alcohol, but there are homeopathic remedies for nightmares and anxiety.

I'll try anything at this point.

For the record, it doesn't work.

I get the needing sleep thing. Trust me, I've been there. But drinking yourself stupid isn't the answer.

How are you going to get past what happened to you if you're not letting yourself feel anything?

I can't believe I'm actually saying this to someone but for god's sake, man up. You've posted almost the exact same thing for days now. We get it, you have nightmares and deal with it stupidly. You've had trauma before, and I'm sorry for that, I am, but come on, the vast majority of people here have been through some serious shit in their time. We're in the middle of an apocalypse, we do not have the luxury of sitting around and being stuck in the past. Get over it, move on.

Have you looked into some of the defense classes? I can't guarantee it will completely stop nightmares, but I'd like to think it would help a little. Or to at least help you fight back easier if you're in a dangerous situation while here. If this Ghostface tried to take me, I would kick his creepy ass all over the pl

I'm one of those teachers, actually. Sarah Connor. I've had nightmares about my stalkers too and still do once in a while, so I can definitely understand it. But it does get better in time.

Its on the to-do list once I can sleep more than an hour (if I'm lucky) at a time.

Sidney Prescott and to make a long story short: survived two rounds of a serial killer and the seal grabbed me right after round two.
