This is somewhat disturbing.

IT looks very... 60s. Where did you find this picture? Yes I saw the tassles. They're not aerodynamic at all!

If it helps, I think there's probably not anything more powerful than a moped under all that crap.

I also love how staged the picture is. The back tire isn't even on the ground.
