I can't make the numbers add up properly to balance the equations and find out what kind of portal it is that's bringing us here. My first thought was an Einstein-Rosen bridge, but I really don't think that's it anymore, particularly since nothing happens to the reality around that area.

What is the Einstein-Rosen bridge? I am not familiar with that theory. Though you pose a good point. I do wonder if it works more like a time machine, taking people back and forth through time that way. It would explain the lack of backlash that most scientific theories seem to suggest would happen in these sorts of events.

Another word for the Einstein-Rosen bridge is 'wormhole'. A wormhole is a hypothetical, theoretical, topological feature of spacetime that would be, fundamentally, a "shortcut" through spacetime. There's no actual evidence that they exist, but they're very close to the portal I've been through before, so there's a very real chance that perhaps this is what it really would be like and the theories were off somehow.

..would you like to see some of my equations?

That's fascinating, really. The things I missed in the 20th Century. Sometimes physical evidence is found in the most unlikely of places, like in those of us who have been displaced from our own realities. And for this seal to pull people out of different times and places, it needs to have somehow ripped through the universe itself.

I would love to, if you wouldn't mind.

That's very true, and hopefully we can figure out what happened, because I'd really like to go back to my own dimension.

I'm in room 612 and I should probably make some space.

I fully understand that sentiment. Though if we could somehow figure out what it is, and if we can control the flow of time to send us back, then I would be interested in returning home. Otherwise, I would rather stay here.

I shall be there shortly. My name is Helena, by the way, forgive my lack of manners. I was far too excited over the scientific theory you proposed.

I don't want to be trapped in another dimension like I was before, it's not fun and it's not safe here.

Oh! It's alright - I so often forget manners because I haven't used them in so long. My name is Fred Burkle and it's real nice to meet you, Helena.

My condolences on that experience. It isn't safe here, but is it really safe in any dimension? There is always some lingering danger.

It is a pleasure to meet you, Fred. And soon we shall meet face-to-face!
