Turns out I'm just a grunt, a beginner at the job.. rookie. Still, least it's a decent cop show and not something like Training Day. Rookie in that one didn't do well in it. But this one? I think I'm doing alright. I think I do better than I am, but this is my role. Just have to keep at it. We need to clean these streets and keep the people safe! Let's put away some bad guys. Together, we can make a difference.

Anything I need to do more of to help with? I don't mind doing a bit of extra work if it will assist in improving things. As much as the rules and policies would allow me to do, anyway.
