So I really didn't think this coming through the Looking Glass thing through because if I'd thought to think it through I'd have remembered that there's no tea here and I can't get any tea here and I can really use some tea because who knew going without tea like this would be bad but it is bad even though I stopped the harder stuff years ago and really I always meant to quit all of it but I owned a tea shop and it was there and things were tough and so I had some tea sometimes and now I need it.

There was talk of a dinner. All of us. A sort of getting to know you thing.

Are people still interested. It occoured to me I dont know many of you at all.

Okay. We're short-staffed without Jess. I kinda didn't want to have to do this, but, I'm setting a schedule. Anatoly, you're off until the morning of the 11th, effective immediately. Go home.

Rory, you're Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
Adam, Monday through Friday 3:30pm-12am.
I'll cover lunches and the graveyard shift.

John, you're Saturday and Sunday 10 am-7pm
Banner, you're Saturday and Sunday 7 pm-4 am.
I'll cover the time between John and Bruce's shift with Adam on call for emergencies.

Banner, you're on call for emergencies that may occur on my shifts and you cover my lunches.

Mon-Fri thirty minute lunches. Weekends, one hour and I'll cover them unless Adam our Rory would like to volunteer.

Questions? We really don't have the bandwidth for anything less right now, so if your shift sucks, I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure I've set it so more qualified people are working the peak hours during the week. If that doesn't work for you guys, tough shit then swap shifts with someone. Anatoly is fucking exhausted and he's no good to anyone when he's the walking dead, least of all his family which should always come first.

Anatoly has been amazing helping us out down here and I wanted to give you a heads up, I'm giving him a week off. He's done a lot for us...it's our turn to do something for him and give him the time to spend with you and your girls that he deserves. He won't be due in again until next Thursday. Thank you for sharing him with us the way that you have been ♥ We really, really appreciate it.

First, I can't offer you pay. I need to make that up front. I'm not going to bother Jess on her leave to get the authorization and it's only this week. So...if you decide you'd like to help voluntarily for this week, I would really appreciate it. In order to accommodate everyone else, I've stretched myself way too thin. How many hours would you be willing to take and are you flexible with the schedule I can offer you, which is to say...really undesirable hours?

I know you're an on-call. And I feel really bad about this...but I need you on staff until Jess comes back if you think you can keep the Other Guy at bay. I can put you on overnights or early shifts if that'll help; it's slow in the medbay then. I have no right to ask you after everything and I know that...but I'm kind of at the end of my rope. You can see from the schedule how many hours I've tacked onto myself and I'm the only one with no official training.

...I would be forever indebted if you would be willing to help more...a few months, tops. Please.

Right so, is there anyone who has a MD and is certified and able to practice medicine? We're bloody short staffed in the medbay right now given Jess is on medical leave for her baby and others who stepped up seemed to have backed down for psychological reasons. So if anyone could step up, that would be bloody brilliant. Right now it's really just been myself, Anatoly, and a few others busting our butts down here.

Any help is appreciated but medical doctors would be outstanding.
