[Helena]In the interests of your continued safety, given the recent escalations, I have made a key, of sorts, for you. It contains an enchantment, which can take you to a safe-house, far from Moriarty's reach, and with further magical protection besides. The key will also transport your daughter as a 'guest', should you wish to bring her as well. There is a secondary teleport spell which brings you outside the Complex, should you wish to return, as well.
It is not yet complete, as I need your blood to finish the binding spells and completely activate it, but I thought I should make the offer. Regardless of if you choose to use it right now, the offer remains; the key does not expire.
I feel it best to warn you that I am also extending a similar invitation to Emma Swan, though I have put precautions on her key to prevent Moriarty from arriving with her... but there are at least three different spells in place that will notify me of trouble, and contain anyone with ill intentions in that place - so she cannot cause you any harm. I have not told her you may or may not be there, either, in case the information should leak, if Moriarty is monitoring her communications. I am offering this to her as a means of allowing her a way out, should she decide she is finally ready to leave him behind.

If at any point you require an exit, I have a safe-house available, and I can provide you with the key that will transport you there. I will require your blood to finalize the magic, but after that point you will have access to the location in question. It is relatively nondescript - you can safely carry it without alerting Moriarty to what it is, provided he is not terribly familiar with magic - and can be used at any time.
I simply do not want you to believe you are trapped where you are, should you wish to be somewhere else.
[ooc: Okay, so the keys - here is more information about the house/keys. I'll update and add theirs.... at some point, probably tonight. Helena's key is the default blood-bound style; Emma's is a combination of the 'guest' and the blood-bound, where she cannot take a guest, it will not take her to the complex, and after the first use it will turn to dust and she will require retrieval to return home.
...buuuuut none of that matters at the moment, because (upon talking to Briege, to avoid ruining plans) Moriarty and Lucifer are douchecanoes, and Loki's abilities are not going to work if it is to go against Moriarty, for now. So until he is gone, the keys will not work. If they allow him to finalize the spells, he'll show up wherever, start doing it - and then be like 'WAT THIS USUALLY WORKS', aaaand, yes. Then he will be cranky. But it's the thought that counts? Right? Uhh.]
