Jessica nodded a bit when she was told that he was the only Ghost Rider in town. If nothing else, that just meant there was one less person that might be here that still thought she was a Skrull. Or that she just wasn't trustworthy because the Skrull empress was wearing her face.
"Are you even old enough to be riding this thing?" she asked, brow perked, even though she didn't look anywhere close to her age either. But that was alright. She usually didn't act her age. She spent too many years in cryogenic stasis to act forty-five, especially when she had only been up and moving for less than half of that time. Way less, in fact.
She dropped her phone in her bag, ready to start ignoring it for a while again, as she did so often during her recent mission in Madripoor. Back there, she would turn the thing back on and notice tons of missions from Brand, which just got her in trouble. But after putting her phone away she took a glance at her "watch," which wasn't really a watch, but an alien detector. All the lines were green. No aliens in the immediate area, that was good.
