"Aliens?" The expression that appeared was a mixture of disbelief and amusement. "Aliens shaped like pepper pots, no less." It took him a moment to really picture that, trying to figure out how much of a threat they had been. "Now I think I've heard everything." Aliens were the one thing that hadn't existed to his knowledge. Now they were landing in Kansas. "I think I'm all right with missing that."
Lilith. Now that was a familiar name, though he doubted the demon he knew of was anything like the one here. As far as he knew, killing her wouldn't bring on an apocalypse. "It never is. When an attempt to end the world is on horizon, all you can do is hold on, fight, and hope you don't have to kiss your ass good-bye in the end," he said dryly.
