Who: Shay & open Where: Out back of the apartments where there's a large area of chain link fence covering the ground. When: Evening of the 12th, after dark. Warnings: Probably none, though Shay's still Gemstone'd
Shay had been riding hard for the last hour, at least, she'd shut off her internal chronometer, not wanting to know how long she was out, she'd go in when the battery on the board died, or when she got hungry.
The chain link didn't provide a whole lot of lift, barely two or three feet, but it was better than nothing, and there was a wide enough span of it that she could get up to speed before whipping around to go back the other way. She was working on loops and pivots instead of just hairpin turns, going as high as she dared, keeping herself in a steady, stable stance, arms out for balance and for steering.
She was lost in the tangle of her own thoughts at the moment, using the chance to burn some energy to see if she could burn through the memories as well. She'd had a dream, not a bad one, not really, but a confusing one. So she'd decided to work it out the only way she knew how, by working herself out until she was exhausted, which was harder now that she was Special, well on her way to being finished with her Operations to become a Special Circumstances Cutter agent, right now, she'd decided, she was still a Cutter, and still their leader, and she was a Special, but she wasn't both at the same time yet, which was the end goal.
