Who: Fred and Sookie
What: Delivering Tums after the munchies wear off
When: After this
Where: Room 112
Rating: PG
Status: Incomplete

She never wanted to see one of those cream filled snack cakes ever again. Also, in agreement with Sookie, she never wanted to see a pancake again. Those two foods, over all others, had been abused by her hunger. She'd lost track of how many snack cakes she'd gone through but safe to say, there was a reason why her stomach was grumbling at her angrily. Thankfully, her fully stocked medicine cabinet had a bottle of Tums.

After dropping the box of Twinkies outside for anyone who was interested (carefully pushed back against the wall so no one would trip over it if they weren't paying attention), Fred grabbed the bottle of Tums from her kitchen and headed down to the first floor. She glanced at the numbers as she passed, finally stopping in front of 112.

Though Sookie had said the door was open, Fred still knocked tenatively before she twisted the doorknob and pushed the door open. "Hello?"

Sookie wasn't really angry at Lois. In fact, she was mostly upset with herself. She was usually immune to things like that, or so she thought. She was immune to vampire glamours, anyway. Maybe that was why it had affected her so strongly. Her mind wasn't used to outside influences and so it went too far? Which meant it was still prob her daily.

When the knock came at the door, she blinked out of her thoughts and stood. She was still wearing pajamas and a robe, which was the easiest thing to put on, with her bandaged hands. She smiled as Fred walked in.

"Hi, Fred. How are you doing?"

"I'm doing all right. Still a little unsure what happened the past couple of days but thankful it has run its course." At least with her, and it seemed Sookie too. There were still a few people that weren't acting quite right. "And also still not hungry, which is probably a good thing."

She held up the bottle of Tums. "They're berry flavored. The usual tastes like chalk. Actually, these taste like flavored chalk. A slight improvement." The tablets inside rattled quietly as she gave it a quick shake.

"How are you doing? Feeling?"

"Yeah...I think I've had my fill of just about any kind of food." When the Tums were held up, Sookie's eyes lit up slightly. "Thank you! I don't care what they taste like, as long as they help."

At Fred's question, Sookie sighed and held up her bandaged hands. "I'm doing okay, I guess. Though I can't really do much of anything." She hesitated, then spoke up again. "Would you mind opening that for me? It's just kinda hard to hold things right now." She slowly sat on the couch, gesturing for Fred to join her.

Fred had to smile at that. It was a similar thought she'd had after coming back to her senses and her stomach had continued to make miserable sounds at her. "My feelings exactly. A little chalk is good for the cranky stomach," she replied.

She winced sympathetically at the sight of Sookie's hands. Just from the wrapping alone, it looked like it must've been very sore. "I can imagine," she said as she headed over to the couch and dropped down onto it. Twisting the cap off the bottle, she held it out to her. "Take as many as you'd like." She tilted the bottle slightly. "Or however many it says to take," she amended. "Plus some for later."
