Davina frowned. That sounded a lot more like Klaus than Kol. Kol hadn't seemed scared of his feelings for her. In fact, he'd been the one pushing her for a reaction. He'd been the one telling her he wanted her to like him. Still, she guessed that Cami must have some idea what she was talking about. She was trained, after all.
"You really think I should?" Davina asked, looking up at her friend with wide eyes. Cami was right - if she was smart, she'd take this opportunity to walk away and find someone nice and normal, someone safe - but Davina couldn't walk away and she couldn't stay where she was so she wasn't left with many options. "You don't think that would put him off?"
