There was a part of her that knew she should be used to seeing magic, even the small things that no one else probably even noticed, but they had gone to Starbucks for that very reason, to get away from supernatural hearing abilities and Cami could easily see why Davina didn't want to go to Marcel for this. She knew how much Marcel cared about Davina, wanted to protect her and well, he might over react to a guy messing with Davina's heart.

Cami knew how hard it was for Davina to completely trust people now, after everything the girl had been through, she really couldn't blame her. She often worried about Davina. As her eyes fell a little bit as the thought of everything they'd all been through started to seep through her mind, she quickly looked back up at him.
