She had not come by the Bifrost. And it made little sense to her why when she called for Heimdall there was no answer. Could he not hear her? Could he not see her? Was something wrong? The threats to Asgard were few at the moment. Odin still ruled. The Jotun contained, the Dark Elves defeated. And Loki...well she wouldn't say she'd shed a tear but she had heard he did good by Thor in the end. So there was no reason why Heimdall should not have opened the Bifrost to her.
"Heimdall! It is Sif, will you not open the Bifrost to me?!" she called again before turning around to see...
A shade. A ghost. Something that looked vicious. And angry.
And Thor was hitting it with Mjolnir.
And nothing was happening. It was still attacking and there was nothing she could do to stop it. "We cannot harm it. Come with me"
"An chuid eile onĂ³ir marbh anseo. Faigh amach"
It was not a tounge she knew, but Sif knew well the tone.
"Thor. Now." she called again practically dragging him from the...from. Oh. Oh that made sense. "Thor it is a grave guardian. Not of our people but look, look where we are. This is where Midgardians bury their dead. And we stand upon their ground. Come now." she said simply, bowing her head to the shade. "We meant no offence guardian, we leave."
