Who: Silas
What: arriving in the graveyard and then doing his thing
Where: graveyard and then Lawrence
When: during the arrivals
Warnings: just a tiny bit of like killing people but nothing graphic!
A second ago he’d been internally--and maybe vocally--celebrating the fact that he’d not only pulled one over one of his annoying doppelgangers but was also one step closer to reuniting with Amara. Now, he was in a graveyard with a gaggle of other people who all looked and sounded as confused as he was about the situation. A quick scan of the group showed that none of them would be of any help in their current states and he’d headed off, slipping off into the night and trying to determine what had happened.
Obviously he wasn’t in Mystic Falls any longer and everything seemed just a bit off to him. He was no longer connected to his own magic but that didn’t mean he didn’t still get hints here and there of power sources. Nifty little trick with his immortality that he wanted stripped from him once he could do all that was needed so the crazy bitch wouldn’t win out in the end. Eternity with Qetsiyah was out of the question.
It was easy enough to pull out some answers from the unsuspecting passerby, glean some insight into where he’d been taken if not by who. He doubted it was a trick of Bonnie’s. She was dead. Her little friends wouldn’t have been able to do anything about it either.
Once he reached a nearby diner he finally got some real answers and directed to a laptop. The network that was set up was busy with activity, easily alerting him to who all was around and to the fact that he wasn’t in his own world any longer. Bit hard to believe, but it seemed to be the going story that was being dealt and from what he could glimpse over the network it seemed as though some had been there for years.
He’d lived confined on a damn island for two thousand years, plotting his revenge, and it seemed he’d traded one cage for another. Though at least this one would allow him to roam around and still be able to function instead of desiccating and waiting for someone to find him. He needed to find a way home and the best way to do that would be to figure out who was powerful enough to disrupt this supposed “Seal” that kept being mentioned.
Shutting the laptop case, Silas glanced around the nearly empty diner. He was still famished. Two thousand years without blood would do that to a person. Simple illusion cast and the waitress was locking the door before he began digging into those unfortunate enough to want diner food in the middle of the night.
He’d figure out how to get in good with whoever had a modicum of power to manipulate into helping him return home and get the ending he deserved. Wouldn’t hurt to have a little bit of fun in the meantime.
