Who: Anna Milton vs Angels. What: Stupid blasphamies Where: Near the basement When: Morning of the 2nd Rating: Low Status: Complete as narritive.
Anna had coped well enough with being where she was. She'd listened to Jemma, the girl who seemed to know most about these...angels, and wasn't that a blasphamy in and of itself. Angels, stealing people from their lives, drinking their potential energy. Oh if Anna had been herself. She wondered if they'd have exploded. Ironicly though she thought she might have been doing better with her newfound humanity than most of the supernaturals. She'd been human for a time, she'd not known any other life. And looking back on it now, in some ways she even missed it.
But she needed to be herself. Needed to be there for the city that so desperately needed help to keep her family from overstepping. And she missed that, she missed her big brother. Even if he was in some ways the king of overstepping. And she missed her demon, her vampire. She knew there was a talk they needed to have but she needed to know they were safe. She worried of course that they were somewhere like this, somewhere cruel.
She didn't know what would happen if she didn't get back to them. They were all immortal, would she live a life in the past and then wait for them to arrive in Lawrence, convince them to go away with her, but then would there be another Anna. One all out to kill Sam Winchester and save the world.
It was all possible.
If she was even in the right world.
A flicker of the lights sent Anna running. She wasn't going to push her luck. Natasha Romanov had been right about sticking in groups. But she'd thought she would be okay just for running from one room to the other. She might even have been if not for how quickly they could move, and how slow she was now. And it was there, and she was watching it in the dim light, the light that she knew, she knew wouldn't hold.
Moonlight. Get to the moonlight.
She just had to keep moving and...
Darkness.
Complete Darkness. Anna waited, didn't move, didn't now where she could move to. Until she felt it, a stone hand on her shoulder.
And...
It was confusing. Noise all around her, cries, laughter, an animal in pain. The desert. And she knew. Oh she knew they'd gotten her. The blasphamous angels in the dark. A quick glance around showed her where she was, oh not the year.
The year didn't matter, she watched the scene unfold around her. Brothers, Lots of them attacking an animal, carrying a coat. Dipping it in the blood ...Really. Really? That's where it had dumped her. Maybe the angel had a sense of humour
Well that was further than she'd have liked.
She'd get back to Lawrence, somehow. But for now, she wondered would it pull her back as it had Damon. Or would she live out a normal human lifespan and die here.
Maybe she could invent something early. At least go back with money. Till then though Anna, the angel that had seen centuries blink past in an instant, who had seen humanity begin, who had withnessed the mistake in the garden that had started this whole sorry mess, was stuck on the slow path. The very very slow path
