She nodded in response, trying to get a grip on her nervousness. If she didn't he could very well change his mind and then she'd be home, alone, with only her kitten for company. She had resolved to actually be different than she had been before. She had been different when she was away from Sherlock. And Khan might be similar but they weren't the same.
She forced herself to look at him and tried her best to regain the confidence she'd gotten in the last few years. "I usually walk everywhere myself," she replied, giving him a slight smile. "It's easier to do here than back home. I took a cab today, though. It should still be waiting here. If you want we can share it to my apartment."
