Who:Kon and Tim What:Kon wants to feel normal for a while, Tim does that. What:things. When:last night Where:Farm house loft.
Kon found himself drifting. He really didn't do much these days. He wasn't attending school, or doing the world saving thing, he was just existing. It was all well and good, except when he realized he really didn't even feel human anymore. Between wasn't always the best place to be. He had Connor back, and that had helped repair his sanity; but now what he needed was someone to help him repair his heart. It was a long road back to feeling even this well again, he knew that. Yet he wanted more. He wanted to be the Kon everyone expected him to be, but he didn't know how. He only ever felt normal around those he considered friends and family anymore.
So maybe that was the key. Maybe he just needed to let them in again. Clark had said it was all right to do so, but Kon was still wary. He'd lost people over and over again, and should Tim leave he didn't know what he would do. Yet still, he wanted to see him. He didn't like being without him so long and he felt bad for needing the space. When he called, Tim needed him. He only hoped he could be as good of a friend in return. Or maybe more. He wanted to know what they were, and that was part of the reason he'd called him over. He wanted answers.
He waited in the loft, curled up on a comfortable bean bag chair he'd dragged into it ages ago. Krypto was asleep in his own room, so they had privacy. Who knew where Clark and Lois were, probably out. Doing weird adult things. Which left Kon to his own devices, and for the moment he was grateful for it.
