He was still rather hesitant to admit he was a leader of anything really. That was Robin's role, he just knew his way around a kitchen was all. Leadership was never something he'd been good at. Yet he fell right into it, whether he admitted it or not. He took his cues mostly from Robin if he was entirely honest. From the years he spent watching him lead, he tried to emulate it on his staff. So far it seemed to be working.
Much indeed had no idea Robin was behind him. He was just that fascinated by his own working kitchen that basically anything else in the room ceased to exist. His eyebrows lifted in amusement as he peered at his friend, and rolled his eyes. "Chefs that know yelling." He had renamed the show that while they'd watched and often ranted about how very little they actually seemed to know about cooking.
He raised an eyebrow again and made a bit of a face. "More?" He hadn't been so excited about the picking out of clothing parts of it, and hoped it had nothing to do with how his hat matched none of the suits ever. "I'm keeping my hat if that's what this is about, but no it's not that important." He admitted sheepishly and turned away to join Robin with whatever he wanted to do. Honestly though he was starting to feel a need to get out of the building entirely for at least a little while.
