She nodded when he spoke of the sword being gone. She knew he always carried the two knives upon his back with his quiver. After all, arrows did not last forever in battle and bows could be knocked away. She herself always carried two blades with her. At Legolas' question of her facing injury, she shook her head. "I did not," she assured him. She gave a nod of agreement. "Powerful magic," she concurred. "Not only to pull us to a strange land but also from different times it seems."
Tauriel's eyes never stopped moving as she scanned for threats and clues as to where exactly they were. "We should seek shelter," she suggested. "A place to defend if needs be." It was practical after all. And she would feel better once they had a place to rest and gain their bearings in this strange new world. "Do you think this is still part of Middle Earth? Perhaps some undiscovered land?"
