Re: AFTER THE RITUAL: Dean/Jules
There were so many demons at that ritual Jules was highly uncomfortable. The only one of them she trusted was Ruby, and she wasn't so sure trust was a thing right now. The way she acted with Crowley and hell worried her. She didn't have much of a choice though but to go along with it, once again her choices were limited and it was suffocating. That had been a good word Cas used. Just damn suffocating. Still she stayed, she let her blood spill willingly for Dean and she stayed. Of course she would, Dean was the only one she felt safe with anymore. Without him, she was basically alone.
Ruby was away, Sam was gone to them, Ben was-well Ben. Cas had tried, but Juliet really didn't feel like she connected anymore. She was there, but trust was thin. Bobby at least had stayed around, she owed him for that later. At least she thought she did, she wasn't so sure anymore. So much uncertainty since Dean left. God, she'd never been so dependent before. She hated it, but this entire world was something she was starting to resent. Full of demons and apocalypses. The only good thing she had in it was the Winchesters. Were Dean and Rose.
Being a cop only did so much these days. Crooks and even murderers started to seem rather pointless compare to the apocalypse. Compare to the loss of Dean. Her focus was on him, and then he was there. He was within reach in the snow, and she took in a sharp breath.
"..Dean?" She asked carefully as she approached. A hand reaching out to touch him.
