Who: Sam Winchester, Lucifer and Jacen Solo. What: Samcifer Bitches! Where: DETROIT! When: Night of the 20th of December Rating: TBD Status: In Progress
It had all come down to this. He had won. And he knew he'd won. Sam Winchester was on his way here and he wasn't alone. The one that was with him still radiated darkness. And Sam. Oh Sammy was furious, all that anger all that rage and Lucifer was more than willing to encourage it. He'd goaded and prodded, sent Emily Lambert back in Ruby's place, rained pain down on his friends and watched the seeds being sown. He had told Sam it would happen here and so it would happen here. Sam was always going to come to him. Lucifer had just not expected Jacen Solo with it. Still it might prove entertaining.
He breathed against the window, watching amused as it iced over and drew a rough approximation of a trident. People were always so wrong about him and it never failed to be funny. He'd be able to show them once Sam had said that oh so sexy magic word. Once he let him in.
It was about time too, he was falling apart. This body. Poor Nick. He wasn't built to withstand him. Not his true vessel. But he'd done for a while, the poor man, mad with grief. He'd said the right words in his ear and it had all been so easy. It would have been easy with Sam but he had so many around him. The brother, Bobby Singer, his demon wife. That little antichrist. And so many friends.
Enough friends that breaking him had been easy once he'd figured it out. You could hurt the brothers Winchester time and time again. It did nothing. But you break their friends, you break their spirit.

Jacen glanced across at Sam on the Detroit street, the other man's mouth caked in dried demonic blood. Empowering him. Jacen could almost sense it. Sam was ready. He could do this He could go in. He could fight. He could face Lucifer and he could win. Jacen would buy him the time and hopefully get out of it alive. Of course he wasn't stupid. This was gonna be a hard enough fight as it was. But they'd slipped away from everything and gone to get this done. As Sam had wanted, before Dean or the angel got wind of it. They'd hopefully end it here without any need for bloodshed at all.
Beyond that of the demons Winchester had had drained dry.
Jacen understood it, last stands, choices made in the most desperate of times, giving up all final hope so that others could live on and fight. If they failed here, there'd be a battle, of course there would. And a second chance at this. That was the part of the plan he hadn't told Sam. If Sam failed, Jacen would wound him, grab the rings and get out of there ready for another shot at locking him away. He'd get the rings to someone who knew exactly how to make them function and that would be all he could do for Sam then. See that it was finished.
"Are you ready for this?" said Jacen, an arc of blue lightning shooting between his fingers as he spoke. "Simple plan, I distract, you do what you need to. And remember what I said, focus on your family, focus on your love for them. Or your hate for what Lucifer has done to them. And come back to them. Understand me?"
