Oh it never failed, a little flattery. Of course unlike in most cases he meant it. Oh she was less than him obviously. But she was a vampire now and that was enough to make her worthy of his attention. He watched her, eyes never leaving her, following the conversation easily and really quite proud of how easily she'd taken on what he'd said. It was impressive, and maybe, just maybe, she would be the history maker he had promised her.
He stood when she walked back toward him the fast food in tow and leaned in to the woman, eyes flashing black just for a moment before he pulled her into a kiss. There was nothing gentle in it of course, he even had nipped enough to draw blood. Lord Harry was staking a claim and proving a point. But of course this woman was only human. Only there to amuse.
His arm slipped around Lauren's waist as he kissed her too, the taste of blood on his lips. Human blood. "Focus now...subtle, quiet. We could have her on the dance floor and no one would be any the wiser. No one would question. But then on some level you already know that don't you? Take the lead now." he told her. He was curious more than anything to see what she would do.
