Poor little Katherine. Once again in over her head, never entirely sure how she'd gotten there and very likely regretting the decision. And she missed being her worlds kind of vampire. Of course she did, couldn't want to be like Hal, like Mitchell. Slaves to the blood. Not like him. "Oh but my kind isn't so bad? Your friend he starved himself of what he needed and personally I think it was making him crazy."
He was sort of annoyed she didn't answer him though, but figured he would get to that later. For now he was just going to roll his eyes and wonder why the hell he had decided to let her live.
"Katherine, hide from the truth all you want, you're surrviving. You won't tell Alex, or Mitchell or anyone because it doesn't really paint you in the best light either now does it." Hal knelt beside her, biting sharply into her leg, there was less desperation in his eyes, less need. This wasn't about feeding the monster, this was the monster. And this was about control.
Pulling back eventually, longer than their usual ten seconds Hal laughed, blood on his lips.
