This time she did actually snarl, truly losing her temper and grabbing her brother, or at least this mockery of him. He'd barely fed, she was feeling stronger. So with her speed, she could pin him against the nearest tree, her eyes a darkened red and her fangs clearly showing.
"Shut up, just shut up." Rebekah didn't even care that he had goaded her into that level of anger, that he was laughing at her, mocking her for her emotions. God, he just drove her crazy.
"I brought a car, though I'm seriously tempted to leave you here to walk back to Lawrence." Only she wouldn't. She couldn't. Because who knew where he'd even go, if he would just leave and she would never see him again.
