"But you don't love me." Rebekah sounded just so defeated. All this and it was for nothing. Well, not nothing, her brother had free will again and that was important. But he didn't love her, or Elijah or Nik. Or anyone. He wasn't capable of feeling it or anything else until he turned it back on.
"Oh, it matters. It really really matters." There was a vehemence in her tone and oh how she wished she could walk into hell, find the bastard demon and make it suffer for everything. "Good to at least know you didn't choose this."
She paced around a few times, trying to get her thoughts together, at least a bit. She no longer needed to worry about him vanishing on her, at least not as much as before. "Tell me what I'm supposed to do now because I am running out of ideas."
