She knew that look, but it didn't stop her from approaching him, or stopping just at his bed, her hands coming to a stop on the surface he was laying on, fingers gripping the blanket lightly. "I've been out in the hallway." she admitted with a shrug. "Ruby had us blocked." she used the term 'us' lightly. If only because she was the same species as her siblings, not for any other reason.
She looked at his monitors, readiny what they said in a moment before walking around to the edge of his bed to grab his chart and flip through it with mild interest. "Caught most of it, not all of it." mostly the more heated parts of the discussion. Putting the chart back down, the Angel walked back to her spot by the bed. More than ever she wish she had her ability to heal.
A sad smile came to her face, before she frowned. "I'm sorry this happened, Dean. It shouldn't have, somethings wrong." Someone was killing Angels, not that she had told anyone that, but her look said there was more to it than 'something' was wrong. Uriel might have thought hew as getting orders from Heaven. But he wasn't.
