Connor was stabbed. His best friends blood was on his hands. If this went the way he was thinking it would, there was nothing for him to kill. That was the worst part, nothing for him to make it better with. Even if he could, Connor wouldn't want that. He knew in the back of his mind Connor wouldn't want him to lose grips on everything he'd been working on between Clark and Robin. Control. That was key, but it was damn hard. That didn't make it any easier knowing his best friend lie behind closed doors, and interfering wouldn't do any good. There were also the storms in Moscow, Kon was still soaking wet. Trailing water through the halls like he'd brought the storm back with him. He couldn't think straight to remember to use his powers and dry himself off, it just didn't matter. When Connor woke, and he would damnit-it wa back out in the storm. Into the wet world. He ran a hand through his dark hair, ringing water out of it at least the best he could.
He was conflicted. It was probably Henry that had done this to him, but that didn't make it better. That made it worse, knowing that he couldn't go hurt the thing that brought his friend to this point. Henry was practically family, and they didn't hurt family. Krypto padded about near by, Kon tried to make the dog stay in Moscow with Loki and the others, but he refused. Damn loyal creature..
Kon looked down at his hands still stained with Connor's blood and lowered them in defeat. This was how Lucifer worked. It wasn't going to be as simple as hit things and it goes away this time. He could feel it. Things were going to get hard, fast. He had to maintain a grip on reality and not let himself slip into what Luthor had always wanted for him. Not become a monster. It was easier said than done.
