As much as Andromeda knew Ted worried she was pushing herself too quickly, she had needed this. She had needed something to focus her mind on. She never had done well with just sitting back, especially when there was a lot going on or at stake. And like it or not, the week she'd been in Lawrence had given her surprise after surprise and too much information to take in at one point. She hadn't missed the comment Remus had made, that their life was sometimes an open book literally, but it was just one thing on top of the other and so she was ignoring that for now.
She wasn't the Ravenclaw, that was her fiance. Husband? Something else she couldn't really think about. They were them, just with weird age differences now. Even so, having a project of sorts helped sort her out. It helped her know that despite what she'd been through right before she had shown up in this place that she still had her mental facilities about her. Prolonged exposure to the Cruciatus curse was known to have lasting effects on the person and she hadn't known how long she'd been under it. She was still jumpy, her mind sometimes was still muddled but she had her wits about her and she'd been able to make a few potions.
From her base analysis which she made from Angel's post, the best shot she had at healing the damage already done was Dr. Ubbly's Oblivious Unction as it was what was used to heal wounds caused by thoughts. It wasn't an easy potion to make given the entire nature of the wounds sustained, but she'd been able to make it in time for the meeting with Angel and Cordelia. There were a few other potions she had made as well, just in case, but that was the one she was expecting to be using that day.
Andromeda was also aware of the fact she looked like someone named Fred, someone they both knew and she wasn't sure how either was handling it. Angel seemed to be okay and Cordelia seemed nervous but given the nature of this visit, she wasn't entirely shocked. Unknown situations, unknown type of magic, it added to the general issue people had with healers, or doctors as muggles called them.
"The first spell will be a diagnostic spell, which will imprint the information into my wand so I can take a more thorough look at it. The second will be similar, only to see what magical properties are at work given the nature of why you started receiving the visions. I'll point my wand, say the incantation and then put what I'm given onto parchment so I can analyze it. You won't feel anything."
Smiling reassuringly, the nineteen year old lifted her wand and murmured the incantation for the first spell, then transferring the information gathered from Cordelia onto the parchment she had on hand. That done, she did the next incantation, following the same procedure. That one would take more investigating to figure out if there were any other solutions she could come up with.
Once her two parchments were filled, Andromeda leaned on the table and looked over the first diagnostic she did, noting the damage and nodding to herself. Original theory of which potion to use was accurate, so she went to the small kitchenette and then to Cordelia.
"Here, this will heal the damage the visions you've had has caused. I'll want to do another diagnostic to make sure it did what it's supposed to or if I'll need to make another batch if that's okay with you?"
