Jack had woken a little before. The smell of coffee never failing to be the one thing that could rouse him from the deepest sleep. Of course it being Becker that brought it didn't help. Having him around had definitely made being here less stifling. Oh he realized it was new to him, less so to Jack and his many many marriages. But in the last hundred or so years? It hadn't happened. Not like this. Becker was something special and that only happened rarely even in a lifetime like Jack's.
He took the coffee, breathing in the scent and looking over to the other man with pure gratitude.
"You're getting better. And I'm convinced you do it by force of habit now. Besides, I make it worth your while don't I?" he added, mostly impressed he'd gotten all those words out without a single sip. So of course he did, taking a long sip of the coffee and adding an altogether sensual sigh. "Okay okay, near perfect." he finally managed taking another shorter sip and turning to his lover with a lazy smile.
