Buffy Summers Prophecy Girl ([info]justbeepme) wrote in [info]wariscoming,
Buffy was trying her best not to go into Slayer mode and fashion all the stakes ever-but to say she didn't have at least a few already laying around would have been a lie. She trusted those vampires about as far as she could throw them, well maybe less than that. She could throw them pretty far. Still she was trying. She wasn't Vampire-War girl, that just wasn't her. She did have to admit she was curious as to where the other version of her was coming from to have made so many suicidally bad decisions, maybe meeting with Cordy would shed some light on that.

She didn't know how to deal with Dawn, but she wanted to. She could tell the girl hadn't been thrilled to see her, and when she'd tried to ask her what sort of things she liked it seemed as though Dawn had shut down. Buffy didn't know what to do. It was awkward enough trying to figure everything out. Even more awkward was confiding in Cordy. It wasn't on her list of awesome things to do.

"Yeah. If it tries again we're going to have problems." She said with a shrug and sipped at her drink. "You..wanted to talk to me about something?" She really didn't know how to respond otherwise. Where she'd come from Cordy was still quite a bit shallow, though she seemed to be mellowing out in their last year, it still was difficult to imagine her any other way.
