Prentiss walked through the door and looked around. It seemed a nice enough place. She had certainly stayed in worse while undercover for Interpol, and she had seen more than her share of seedy apartments in her years with the BAU. This might not be so bad, as long as she tried her best not to think about the whole thing. At least there would be a roof over her head and a place to sleep tonight, since she highly doubted her credit cards would work here, and all she had on her was British money.
"My name is Emily. Emily Prentiss," she said, looking at the young woman who escorted her there. "Like I said earlier, I was stepping off a plane in London about a year ago before I came here. I was on my way to start a new job there, after leaving the FBI. And then I ended up here." She paused. "Allison, you said earlier a Biblical seal was broken. Like, the thing that's supposed to keep Lucifer locked away? I remember that much from all the church I attended when I was younger. I never really believed it, but...there's truth to it?"
