This was really hard to believe. She looked at the woman, studied her. As a profiler, she had learned to tell when a person was delusional and when a person was simply acting crazy. This woman didn't fit into either category. Either she was telling the truth, or she really believed in her own delusion so much that it was fact to her. But whatever the reasoning was, the fact that she had been in London maybe twenty minutes before had made her inclined to see where all this went.
"Okay, fine. Go ahead and take me there. I mean, I get the feeling this is probably something we shouldn't be talking about in the open, right?" Emily asked as she looked around. She knew people could always ignore things that were crazy. People were so jaded now that it usually took something truly horrendous to jolt them now. She'd seen enough of the horrendous to last a lifetime. "Go ahead and lead the way."
