Uriel enjoyed popping up on the humans like this. They always looked surprised to see him. He supposed that they would, what with them not being able to pop from one place to the other in a blink of an eye. Angel wings were truly one of God's greatest gifts. It was a shame He was no longer around. He had abandoned them all. He would no longer be doing any creating, so Uriel and the others would find someone who would. Considering their experiences with Lucifer, they all knew that he would be the one to make change happen. He would cleanse the earth. He would make the world free of the filthy, disgusting monkeys and he would do it all with merely a sweep of his hand. Such was his power and greatness. Uriel loved his brother with all his heart; he knew that he would do great things for this planet when he was freed. Yet they couldn't do so until that final seal had broken. In the meantime, he and Zachariah needed to work fast. Once word got out that heaven was turning in on itself - half aiming for Lucifer's rise, the other defending from it - it would be very difficult for him to proceed with other matters.
Uriel pointedly ignored Sam. He was here for Dean. The tall, broody one would be dealt with later. "Lackey with wings? Come now, Dean Winchester, you can be much more clever than that." Uriel smiled briefly, before his expression fell back into it's serious, observant state. "Alastair has a bit of information that we need. You're the only one who can get it out of him. You need to come with me now."
He wasn't really being courteous. He was simply telling Dean that he had to come with him. He didn't have a choice. Even if the knucklehead protested, he was going to torture Alastair. He did not have a choice in the matter.
